Patterns of Teacher and Student Relationships in Learning the Aqidah Akhlak at MAS Asaasun Najaah Aceh Besar

Abstract

The relationship pattern is a reference commonly used by Akidah Akhlak teachers in building relationships between teachers and students, ways of communication, interactive forms, and emotional relationships in learning. Humans as individual beings and social beings, in their relationship there is an intention that every human being cannot be separated from other individuals. A process of relation or communication will always accompany human life, both relations with the natural environment, and relations with others, including the relationship between teachers and students, whether intentional or unintentional, so that bullying between individuals is part of the relationship pattern. The purpose of this research is to find out the teacher-student relationship in learning Aqidah Akhlak. This study uses a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were Akidah Akhlak teachers and MAS Asaasun Najaah Aceh Besar students. Observation, interview, and documentation methods carried out data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research and findings in the field are good teacher and student relationships, gentle communication methods, and one-way, two-way, and many-way interactions. and affectionate emotional connection.
