This article examines the implementation of GELI-MANTAB (Gerakan Literasi dan Inovasi – Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Tiga Aceh Besar) as a school-library-based literacy transformation program at MAN 3 Aceh Besar. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and document analysis, the study analyzes the program document covering its background, implementation, digital innovation, student activities, schedules, and reported outcomes. The findings show that GELI-MANTAB expands the library function from a conventional book repository into an active learning resource through curriculum-integrated librarian literacy sessions, learning activities with subject teachers, classroom reading corners, literacy ambassadors, the MANTAB writing group, The Sky wall magazine, and MANTAB-IN competitions. Digital innovation is reflected in library automation, educational projector use, digital content creation, and broader understanding of literacy as the ability to process, create, and disseminate information. The document reports that fifteen students were guided in scientific writing in 2025 and one student reached the national level representing Aceh. The program therefore illustrates a collaborative, contextual, and innovation-oriented literacy model, while further evaluation with systematic quantitative indicators is still needed.
