Asbabun Nuzul dalam Konteks Tafsir Ayat Ahkam

Abstract

This paper also tries to contribute to multiplying and expanding the body of knowledge about aspects of asbabun nuzul from a point of view in the context of the verse ahkam. Asbabun nuzul is included in the concept that holds an important domain within the scope of legal ijtihad from the verse ahkam. the results of the study of the role of asbabun nuzul in the context of the verses of ahkam can be concluded that 1) Asbabun nuzul is an event that forms the background for one or several verses being recited, or a question addressed to the Prophet SAW so that the verse is revealed as an answer; 2) As a form of responsiveness in avoiding and resolving the contradictions contained in asbabun nuzul in interpreting the Qur'an, the scholars formulate it in the form of: a) Proportion of events as asbabun nuzul and as interpretation; b) Take the mu'tamad; c) Taking a sanad or authentic historical path; d) Reciting one of several authentic narrations, e) Interpreting several narrations in their respective places; and f) Interpret the difference in events by sending verses down several times; 3) The role of asbabun nuzul in interpreting the verses on ahkam is many, including: a) Knowing the wisdom behind the law; b) Avoiding misunderstanding of the existence of restrictions in paragraphs; c) Interpret with substance and avoid the bias of multiple interpretations; d) Has a special meaning other than asbabun nuzul; and e) Can specialize in law with asbabun nuzul.
