Positive and Negative Energy in Humans
A Psychological Implication Study
Keywords:
Positive Energy, Negative Energy, Implicative PsychologyAbstract
From an implicative psychology perspective, positive and negative energy in humans has an important role in shaping a person's behavior and life experiences. Positive energy is often associated with optimism, self-confidence, self-esteem, extroversion, emotional strength, friendliness, and creativity. It is the force that drives individuals to achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and establish healthy social relationships. Conversely, negative energy can cause irrationality, fear, emotional fragility, depression, anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts. This negative energy can hinder personal and professional growth, as well as affect a person's mental and physical health. According to several sources, psychological energy is the mental ability to move the body's organs, especially the brain, in thinking to explore and find the truth. This energy is a driving factor for humans to always think, process, and move in search of the truth, which ultimately results in knowledge that develops over time. In this context, implicative psychology emphasizes the importance of managing both positive and negative psychological energy to achieve balance and well-being in life. By understanding and applying these principles, individuals can more effectively use their energy to build more meaningful and fulfilling lives.
